My referral bonus was 35$, my plan is less than 35$ a month but it shows I don't have a remainder of

Hi So I got 2 x 35$ referral bonus cash for 2 consecutive months. I'm wondering if they made (yet another) mistake or if I'm not reading this right?

 

But my plan as of now is 31.50$ + tx. The referral applies on sub-total, so my total is actually less than 35$. So for that month, I paid 0$. Great, that works out. However, there is a remainder of the 35$ referral bonus, but if you look at the transaction history details, the "rebate remaining" is empty.

 

I should have 35$-31.96$ = 3.04$ remaining, carried over to the following month, where I'll have another 35$ bonus applied, meaning in month 3, I will be charged my usual price - 3.04$ - 3.04$, the remainder of the 2 previous referral bonuses left.

 

Is this just because their system is bad at calculating and all and it will be rectified in the following month?

You are suppose to get all the 70$ in your 3 months
But you are right it is difficult to follow, you need to do it yourself

 

 

Your referral bonuses are used up as needed. We use the total received from your referral bonuses towards your monthly payment. If your payment is less than the total received from your bonuses, you may then very well end up having nothing to pay for your plan. Any residual amount from your referral bonuses (the balance) will be applied to your next payment.

Fizz has been pretty notorious so far with technical "errors" regarding credits and bonuses and badges and such.

I don't see anything about residual amounts expiring, so I would expect the full bonus to be credited eventually. I suggest contacting Fizz support to clarify the situation and make corrections if there was a calculation error.
