My points seem to have returned just now. I hope it was a very temporary glitch.12 -
it is just a bug in their system it happened before the points come back10

Yeah, seems to be an intermittent issue. Got the same yesterday night, but seems ok for now.7

Have you contacted customer service? Please let us know if you find a solution! Sounds pretty bad

There was no need to contact support since the problem "resolved itself".
Now we know this does happen intermittently, so there's no need to be alarmed.3
