Why didn't you respond to the suggestions on your previous question on the same issue? https://community.fizz.ca/questions/2220447-cant-connect-printer-wifi
How about first getting your printer working before adding restrictions like MAC filtering. You can later assign a static IP to your printer by its MAC address, but again, first get it working.7 -
you can dowload manual wwith my post https://community.fizz.ca/questions/2214663-proposal-technical-faq-fizz-team
and look 7.4 The Security: Device Filter Screen page 127
and 5.3 The Wireless: Access Control Screen page 1017 -
Go to printer manufacturer website and download a driver application, it will install the driver and find printer automatically. You may need a wired connection to printer if you don't know how to configure printer in wireless mode.4

First thing: RTFM.
Make sure you have installed and configured your printer properly. Also review past posts with valuable hints and suggestions.

You can add the printer by manually connecting the printer to the wifi network.
1-Make sure on your printer you can see the wifi ssid( name)
2-If you cant see it, it might be because the printer only sees the 2.4Ghz and you have your wifi set on the 5Ghz only.
Please advise what is your printer and your network settings for further help.4 -
You gonna need instructions from the printer1
