why my data is lost? (12G lost )
i have 12G data, but it is lost in one week , WHTA happened with Fizz ? i never use, but the report de fizz mark my data is gone, the strange is today ( 2020-01-28 00:48 ), less than one hour of the today, i checp up my count de Fizz, their report marked i use 2.5G, that is terrible, i never use my phone, my phone always conect Home WIFI, never use data of the Fizz, but 2.5G is lost, what happen the Fizz, their have a system probleme ?

Are you sure your phone isn't an hotspot without password for everyone around you to use?11

Sometimes it happen to me .It telling me 1G left but i have 8G and really used about 2G int the phone counting data app.So for me its Fizz mistake9

It is quite possible that if you used tethering or a hot spot, that your other device performed an application or system update during that time. This can happen if you allow that device to do updates when on Wi-Fi. Of course, when tethered, that device will consider itself on Wi-Fi and perform, for instance, an OS update, which can easily work out to be in the GBs.5
