I think it’s too late to change the address, but if you don’t receive your sim within a couple of days you must contact them. Good luck with this issue.3

Worst case chat with Fizz support after the delivery date and not received. You could order a second card, and Fizz should credit you the first one after you activate the new card

Are you sure it is missing? When I ordered mine I was worried about the same because I didn't see the unit number, but they had just removed it on the website.1
