Anyone else having a hard time finding someone at fizz to chat with ?

went to the solution hub during their advertised business hours and low and behold no chat icon coming up in the lower right hand corner

Maybe you could open a chat session with Fizz support... LOL. (just kidding before anyone starts roasting me...). :-P

Dont forget to chat with Fizz is available from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
To chat with FIZZ without problem:
First, open a session online and get to your Fizz account.
Then, open a second window and type this adress:
https://fizz.ca/en/solutions
Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble chat down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session with Fizz begins.8 -

For what I know and the experience I have, they are always available. The most common error is people don't see they are not connected to their account.

Not really. When I wanted to activate my plan on a Saturday evening 7 pm, they really helped me a lot and fast !8

Just message them by facebook. It is slower than the chat option but you just send the message and forget about it until they respond, no need to wait around.4
