Why I still received pending message for my order?

My plan number is ********. Since last week I already received e-mail to conform my address twice, and I've chat with an representative for this issue. I'm the first time subscriber and I don't have fizz internet at same address!

you say pending.. where do you see that?
It is probably a billing issue but it could be other things too.

Just talk with consumer service via Messenger.
Because my credit card didn't go thought at first time, there is a pending order still existed. I'll just disregard it.
