Phone and SIM card are claimed lost, why still charged?

I have claimed phone and SIM card lost on November 20th last year, why it is still charged 17.08 on Dec. 31st?

If you do not want to reactivate it you need to unsubscribe.
Fizz does not allow any suspension, otherwise, Fizz can think that you declare lost it in order to suspend the service.8 -
you need to unsuscribed to stop receiving bill, ie close the account.8

If you have advise Fizz of the situation, you should not be being charge.Communicate with them by messenger, that’s what works best for me! Also you may ask your credit card provider to reimburse you or to stop the payments.Good luck with this issue!8

I cannot really understand you lost the phone the 20th of November, you never reactivate the SIM therefore, it seems that you do not need for more than 2 months.
The phone number is garantie to be locked for you for 2 months5 -
Thanks for your help. Finally, I chatted with the costumer service, and got the December’s charge refunded, and ordered a new SIM card. The service was wonderful!5
