Even if on my computer the wifi symbol is on, internet doesn't work. on the modem, the little arrow pointing down is clicking and green while the 2,4 G and the 5 G symbol are still on the green light. Not only my computer is not working but all the other devices including my phone are in the same situation. What should i do?
P.S. and nobody is answering me on the facebook chat

As Mike just said, you can try to reboot your modem.
You might have better luck there than on facebook: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues4 -
Camilia,
Please, try to reset your modem.
Put in a needle back at the center of your modem for about 35,40 seconds.
Wait until you see all the lights of your modem are on (3,4 minutes).
It can solve your problem.
If not, please chat online with Fizz team for further specific support:

1.Unplug the power supply of the ROUTER and wait 2 minutes
2. Replug the power supply of the ROUTER and wait 5 minutes
If Internet still not working
1.Unplug the power supply of the ROUTER
2.Unplug the power supply of the MODEM wait 1 minute
3.Replug the power supply of the MODEM and wait 2 minutes
4.Replug the power supply of the ROUTER and wait 5 minutes
Works all the time...unless your internet supplier has an issue at their end4 -
Try un factory reset
If you want to re-enable the Wi-Fi capability of your Fizz Wi-Fi modem, you'll need to reset it to its factory settings by holding down the reset button on the back of the device for ten (10) seconds.

Since you are using a FIZZ Modem,
1.Unplug the power supply of the ROUTER and wait 2 minutes
2. Replug the power supply of the ROUTER and wait 5 minutes
If Internet still not working
1.Unplug the power supply of the ROUTER
2.RESET the MODEM By pressing the button in the back for 10 seconds
3.Replug the power supply of the ROUTER and wait 5 minutes6 -
If all of the above answers don’t help, communicate with them by messenger, that’s what works best for me.Good luck with this issue!3

Camilla, Let us know of the solution when you get the WiFi to work, so we all learn from your experience.4

If it was me, I would try the following:
- unplug BOTH cables from the modem, and plug them back in (making sure that the coax cable is in properly)
- If you still have the problem, stick a small pin into the reset button. This will earace all settings and perhaps fix your issue
- If you still have issues then contact Fizz support by facebook. It takes a bit longer for them to respond but it is more convenient than waiting around for them to respond on the chat.
