When will the _shortcode.RECURRING_PAYMENT error in transaction history be fixed?

I can't see any data in my transaction history. All I get is a _shortcode.RECURRING_PAYMENT line and that can't go well if I want to get my bill reimbusted by my work. It's been a couple of weeks now. It's not a browser issue, I've tried numerous with the same result.

They have problems with that at the moment
However, you should be able to see a line with a negative amount2 -
Can you submit your credit card statement to your work?2

I found a work around that works for me : once you're in transaction history
- choose year 2020 ( wait for 5 seconds )
- choose year 2019 ( wait for a few seconds ) : and you'll see "Month Plan" instead of _shortcode.RECURRING_PAYMENT and the details should be good3 -
Fizz is still experiencing for some fizz acount some displaying problems about the historic of transactions (invoices).
Maybe, try to contact the fizz support by chat online (8h00 to 21h00).

It's a problem with their webpage appearance.
