Data being used in the wrong order

I have a perk that expires in 30 days, a gift that expires in 60 days and data from my monthly plan. Obviously I would like the perk to be used first. However it's the gift that is being used. Is that normal? Is there any way to force it to use the perk first?

    Unfortunately, it is their protocol!

Thanks for replying. Would the usage at least switch over to the perk after using the gift? It wouldn’t make sense if it started using the data from the monthly plan after using up all the gifted data.

I would be interested in knowing what the solution was to that. Have you been able to chat with the team to confirm/ Thanks!

These things should be clearly written in the plan details. It doesn't make sense to have to turn to the community forums for this, and potentially get wrong information.

Oh ok, now I have to manage my data. The last provider didn't have such differences. Anyhow, I am glad to be with Fizz now.
