How can I retry transferring my phone number?

With my previous carrier, I had a lock setup on the porting of my phone number. I asked them to remove the lock, but I guess I tried to transfer the phone number before they removed the lock and I received a "you can't transfer that" email from Fizz.
Once the lock is actually removed, how can I retry? It tells me I already tried for that phone number if I go in the form.
