Why Can I not get Fizz Internet? I'm in the subscription area as shown on the map

I have Fizz as my phone provider but for some reason they don't seem to let me get Fizz Internet.
I'm in the Subscription area as best as I can tell by the maps
When I first Got fizz I put my address in to get internet and it let me, but I was not ready to change over from my current provider. now I am and it seems to say I can't.
What am I doing wrong?

Try again with another browser. I had the same issue when I tried to subscribe then it worked. I have internet as of today, live and functioning.4

This happened to a friend of mine. It was website bug that was resolved by logging out and back in.
Another possibility is that Videotron is not the cable provider in your area, perhaps it is Cogeco? Fizz is owned by Videotron so it should only work where they provide cable internet. Mobile on the other hand will work in more places because Videotron can setup towers even in places where they don't provide cable.
