Anyone else completely lost their internet connection in Montreal on December 24th??

My internet is not working, I've done possibly everything you can think of trying to restore it. The chat is NOT available on the website and facebook chat is insanely slow. I need my services for work and I need to know how can I receive help if I cannot communicate with anyone promptly!!??

    J'habite a Outremont (Montreal) et mon Internet fonctionnait tres bien (60+ Mps) hier.(24 Dec). Aucun probleme.
    (Je suis abonne depuis une semaine seulement. Jusqu'a maintenant, je suis 100% satisfait de Fizz internet+mobile.)
    I live in Outremont, Montreal, and my Internet worked fine (60+ Mps) yesterday (Dec 24th). No problem at all.
    (I'm a subscriber since last week. So far I'm 100% satisfied with Fizz internet+mobile)
