Anyone else completely lost their internet connection in Montreal on December 24th??
My internet is not working, I've done possibly everything you can think of trying to restore it. The chat is NOT available on the website and facebook chat is insanely slow. I need my services for work and I need to know how can I receive help if I cannot communicate with anyone promptly!!??

Imene,
Have you checked around your street ? Do you think, you're the only one in your neibourghood with no signal?
Maybe, try to reset your modem
Put a needle back in the center of your modem call reset button press in 40 seconds.
Wait maybe 5 minutes to see all the lights on specially 2.4 g and 5 g.
If it's not working, try to chat again with fizz customer service.
First open a session online and go to your account.
Then open a second window in your browser and type:

A green bubble chat will appear down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
A chat window will open, and you'll be online with Fizz.
They will resolve your problem.
For me, everything is normal with my connection in my area..6 -

Hope your internet is back up by now.
If not, you need to inform Fizz support.
