using fizz in USA?

hello, i went to USA for 10 days for a visit so i purchased voice 60 minutes, i barely talked 10 minutes and poof they are gone. moreover i purchased data to use for roaming turned out that the data i purchased is just add on to use in Canada, and when i contacted support their answer was they can't refund and they can't switch those purchased data to USA data. so now i am out of 40$ in data that i don't need!! awful just awful

I have a Canada/US plan so I pay no extra for talk, text or data in the US.
You should speak to support - sounds like you have - but I am not sure what they can do. Look at it this way, you could pay $40 / month for a similar plan with another provider. If you spent money for more data at least it rolls over and you can gift it.

The same thing happened to me, sad, sad , sad. You can't make any mistake with Fizz they are ruthless in that case. Like you said 40$ down the drain..... its a one way thing with Fizz, they can messed up as much as they can... But WE, the customer are not allowed to do that.7

Don't rush to make purchases as the service is prepaid.
I suggest to do your research first.
