how can I have my phone removed from blacklist?

I have 2 phone numbers in my account because FIZZ could not figure out a way to separate the 2 into 2 accounts. I have reported ONE (1) of the phones lost and asked for it to be blacklisted. FIZZ blacklisted BOTH (2) my phones and now I have no service for a week! I have asked them to remove both my phones from blacklist, since no one can tell me why they were both blacklisted in the first place. Their technical team is clueless.. they did not make this request in 3 days now. Is there any way for me to do it myself (ask for my phone to be removed from blacklist)?

Only the owner (you) can request for the phone to be removed from the blacklist.
You have to get Fizz support to do it. Unfortunately this is getting messy.
