If you go on your account, there’s a place you may cancel! Go to My plans, select the plan you want to cancel, select manage and then unsubscribe. Hope this will help!

Yes, you can cancel your plan.
First, open a session online and accesse to your account.
Go to My Plans
Select the plan you want to cancel.
Then , select, Manage
And click: Unsubscribe.
Finish by clicking : Save.

I don't know if you want to cancel your agreement for your mobile service but be sure to register with another provider and transfer your number if you want to keep the same phone number. Because you'll lose it if you cancel your agreement with Fizz prior to the transfer.

There's no need to contact Fizz support. Actually Fizz is prepaid so there is no contract per se.

 

You can either Unsubscribe as others mentioned. 

Or if you want to keep your phone number with another provider, you can port your number over.
