the chat bubble fo support is not appearing and i really need to talk to someone. On the website it says that you accept prepaid mastercard but suddenly, vanilla, on of the sole prepaid mastercard/visa providers does not work on reccurent charges. I woud like to know if it woud be possible to make this months payment a one time patment to avoid this problem...I just happened to get my wallet stolen and had to cancel my credit card. I have no other option but guest coming over tomorrow anyway? thank you to whoever reads this

I dont think Fizz accept those prepaid credit card.

Whizz already gave you an answer in your other post.
You need to register a card that is associated to your name and address. Unfortunately Vanilla prepaid cards do not meet this criteria.
