Not sure if it was posted but I have a buddy that has been texting me and I am not getting them at all. I sent a text to myself and didn't receive it.

Try one by one those 3 solutions who solve a lot of problem
.
* Restart your phone
* Try enabling air plane mode for 30 seconds then disable
* Take out your SIM and insert it again

Your APN are well configured (sms and data )need Correct APN for this phone.6

Are your other services working?
Are you able to send text? What about calls? Incoming/outgoing?
Check your Fizz account to make sure you have the correct plan and that service has not been suspended.
Can you check your SIM card on another phone?

Restart your phone. If that didn't work, communicate with customers service by messanger or contact form!1

If you have Android Phone, once you have installed the APN settings, you actually need to go and "tick" that you will be using those settings.
To do so, on your Android Phone:
1- Connection
2- Mobile Networks
3- Access Point Names
4-Tick "Videotron (media.ng)"
