Is Data Travel Add-on for 1 country in Europe valid for all European countries?

I just bought a Travel Add-on for Slovakia (Zone Europe). Can I use this data in Austria (neighbor country) or other countries in Europe or is it specifically for 1 country I chose?

Your add-on is only available for one country (a specific country),
not a group of country.

Moreover, in Europe they do not have the roaming as us. We are suppose to have the same thing here around 2022

Yes, you can use the same travel add on in Austria. If you purchase a data travel add on for Austria, it will say "Zone Europe" too. And this makes sense since the European Union works as a single zone, with no roaming for example, when it comes to cellular networks.
