How long ago did you order it? If there is a problem, you can contact Fizz support.
Usually they will tell you to order and pay for another SIM card. Once you have received it and activated, you can contact Fizz support again to receive a credit for the missing SIM.

If the courier company says that your sim card was delivered then, the chances are that it was stolen, it happened to me and to few other Fizz customers. The courier leaves the The SIM envelope at the front (lobby) door of your building or house, Not a smart idea.
Contact Fizz Support, Order another SIM, let them deliver somewhere it's safe or somebody will receive it personally, once you activate your sim card, Fizz will re-reimburse you for the first one.

Had a SIM card missing from my packet. After contacting Fizz, ordered another one, and they then refunded me. Go ahead and contact Fizz.2
