can't buy sim card?

Is any one else having problems buying a sim card? I get an error saying I have reached the number of sim cards I am allowed to purchase. This is my first one. I have asked a couple of other friends who referred me to Fizz and they are getting the same thing.

I think Fizz experiment some problems when Fizz users want to buy their sim card.
You'll need to contact their customer service by chatting online.
This service is available from 8h00 to 21h00.
First, get access to your account online.
Then, Type:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
A green bubble chat will appear down to the right of the oage.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session with Fizz begins.8 -
the only way to resolve this is contacting Fizz support via chat or FB messenger. It could be a problem on their end.4
