I received this email today. I have been with Fizz for 1 year now.
Was the email meant for someone else?

Looks like it is an automated email as Mike said that doesn't consider the year yet.

Fizz is a big company therefore, these kind of email are probably automated. so I doubt Fizz did a mistake.
What I think most likely happen is that, probably, someone inputted the referential code of someone else with a typo, and luckily for you, it turned out that with this typo, they inputted your referential code.
*edit* : Just notice the comment above mine. Well it might be a mistake from fizz then ¯\_(ツ)_/¯8
