SMS short codes

I did a quick search but didn't see any recent posts about SMS short codes. Is there still an issue with them?

SMS short codes are supposed to be all effective with Fizz.
If you have problems, dont hesitate to get help by Fizz customer service via Chat on line(from 8h00 to 21h00.
First, open a session online and access to your account.
Then, type:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
A green bubble chat will appear down to the right of the page.
When you see it, clicl on it.
Your chat session with Fizz begins.

Everything seems to work quite well for months now. I receive all my SMS short codes without any problem. Amazon, Airbnb, Air Canada, Paypal, etc.

It's been working for several months. Fizz is listed as a carrier participating in the short code program: http://www.txt.ca/en/carriers-and-aggregators/

it's working almost everywhere now. I didn't have any problem lately.

I think short codes work well now, since I haven't met issues any more.

If you still have problems, try to contact Fizz to give them a feedback.
