Selected network (Fizz) unavailable?
So far I tried:
- restart the phone
- reinsert the sim card
- enable/disable Airplane mode
- manually select network, but none of the networks in the list worked
My phone is Google Pixel 3a with Android 10.

You should try the SIM in an other phone, it seems a SIM problem
To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.

You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

It really looks like it’s a SIM card issue, if it didn’t start on your plan payment date. Try to contact the support team about the issue10

Does your montly payment has been made with problem with your credit card?
Maybe, ask for support with Fizz online.
