My daily total just reset after getting pts today
i was over 100
now its at 0
what happened?

It looks to be a recurrent problem unfortunately...

Unfortunately, this situation is unacceptable.
It happens to me last month two times in the same week.
I reported it to a fizz agent.
I never got the lost points.
And they never give me the reason why this system has made disappear thoses points.
This rewards system is less than perfect.

Yes I have seen the daily and weekly points reset for some people.

It has happened to me as well. What I have noticed is that the overall and monthly points are not affected.

 

So as Whizz has mentioned, it does not look like we have lost any of the points we have accumulated.

It seems to be more of a display issue for the daily and weekly points.
