I cannot understand, if you are in Mexico you cannot call with Fizz, you need to have a voip software to do that.

If you are in Canada and you want to call in Mexico, you can buy an addon or add money in your wallet

For now, Fizz does not provide mobile calling service while you are outside of Canada and USA.

 

You would have to call using wifi or mobile data using a voip app (such as Hangouts, Fongo, etc).

You can purchase Travel data add-on for Latin American or buy a local SIM.

Fizz offers only calls in Canada and USA.
The only solution for you is to choose add-on with data in your plan for Mexico and use
the applications: Whatsapp or Messenger to call your friends or relatives.

You can’t, use messenger if you have data.

I would suggest installing the free Fongo app where you can obtain a number from all large cities in Canada and use it to make and receive calls via internet. Fongo is a free VoIP app (voice over internet protocol). Have been using it for years and works great.
