Does every cycle start with the payment?

When I activated my chip, my plan was charged in my credit card. Does the cycle start with the payment? Do I pay to use the plan?

The date on which you activate your SIM card is the anniversary date for your mobile plan, and this date marks the start of your payment cycle each month.

Yes, your plan start when you are activating your sim card and your plan. Fizz has prepaid plans only.

Fizzy

Fizz is prepaid so you have to pay before you can use the services from the plan you have selected.

 

If you signed up today, your next payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on Jan 14th. Then the next time on Feb 14th, etc.

 

There is no contract, so you are free to cancel or change your plan at any time. You can logon your account to make changes as needed. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask here in the forum again.
