Buying data when you reached your limit

I've ran out of data on my Fizz account. There is a system notification to "Sign in to Fizz Network". This page takes me to the Fizz website but I doesn't seems to be able to reach the page.
However, Fizz finally activated browsing on their website even though you are out of data so you can use your browser to go to Fizz website.
I though I could then log in my account and buy some more data, but I'm unable to login. The problem is coming from the fact Fizz website is allowed while having no data, but not the captcha provider. So the captcha is not appearing on the web page and if you try to login, it will tell you the captcha is not valid. Fizz should fix that!

CONTACT FORM
You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.3 -
This seems like an unfortunate oversight. Maybe contact support and let them know so others don't run into the same issue8

How to change your Fizz privacy settings:
- Go to My Profile in your Fizz account.
- Scroll to Settings.
- Click on Privacy.
- Here you can select one of three privacy options:
Full Fizz Experience: By default, other users can search for you, add you as a contact and send you gifts.
Private: You can receive gifts from everyone. You cannot be searched or added as a contact.
Incognito: You do not accept gifts and cannot be added as a contact. You are incognito and cannot be found via search.
