My account got overdue and i can still see that Fizz took money from my credit card. How is that even possible that my account is still overdue even if they have received my payment

Do you have only one account/line? Is it possible the payment was taken for another plan/service?
If payment was just taken out on an overdue account, it can be a few hours before service is restored.
If payment was made and your service is not working yet, you should chat with Fizz support during business hours:

If your payment has been taken and your plan is still unonfonctional please
chat with Fizz support (from 8h00 to 21h00).
First, open a session online and access to your account.
Then, Type:
https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
A green chat bubble will appear down to the right page.
When you see it, click on it.

It can take some time before they restore your account after receiving your payment. As others suggested, talking to support is the way to go.6
