Why don't I have internet connection even though it's been paid for?

I updated my payment method and made a payment but my account is frozen and there's no internet connection. Please help.

if your payment failled they can take couple of hourrs toverify the payment

If Your account is currently inactive and blocked, it must be reset by fizz support.

You will see a green bubble chat appear down the right page.
when you see it, click on it.
Your chat session will begin.
Elaborate your problem about your credit card and your account frozen. Good chance!7
