Fizz is supposed to accept prepaid credit cars. Be aware of thoses kinds of credit cards.
On their web site, they are mentioning that they accept only : Visa, Mastercard and Visa-Debit.
To be sure, I would suggest you to chat with the Fizz customer service.
First, open a session online and access to your account.
Then, Type:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
A green chat bubble will appear down the right to the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session will start.
