You charged me for 4 SIM cards that I never ordered and you sent them to another address I do not kn

Disputing a charge of $45.99 for 4 sims I never ordered and you sent them to somebody else address. It is a fraud.

    If this is actually a fraud and not a bug then you should modify your password right away.

    Someone is using your credit card. Call your credit card company to know how to stop those people to fraud you.

    Someone is using your Fizz account, since you have the transaction history, contact the support, the credit card issuer et probably the police

    do you actually have any service with fizz or you only noticed it with your credit card transactions?

    If it shows up in your account
    Under Orders
    Then your fizz account has been compromised change your password
    -
    If its not under your orders and you are seeing it in your CC statement
    Then your CC has been compromised
    In this case contact your CC company
    Have the current one frozen and order a new one
