Moving from Québec to Ontario

I have move from Québec to Ottawa, how do I change my address in my profile? Can I keep the same forfait and phone number?

Ottawa is covered from Fizz therefore yes

 

You can edit your name, birthdate, email address, password and trusted contact in My profile.

 

To edit your home address, go to your plan :

1. 
   Go to My Account, in Your plans
   
2. Go to Manage my plan.
3. Click on Change home address.

 

You’ll be able to update your shipping address when you’ll have to plan a new delivery (for a SIM card or a Fizz Wi-Fi modem for example), and your billing address when you’ll add a credit card to your account.
