I'm a new user and i would like to start my plan on December 18th, but i need only 300 or 500 mins / month.
on the web i have only two choice unlimited or none mins.
is there any offer on between?

You'll have to pick unlimited, otherwise you will not have any possibility to make calls.

Don't pick a plan;
You need to buy minutes add-ons.
300 mins cost $10.
You need to to go to my plans, then manage, then select add-ons.
There you can buy minutes add-ons, texts add-ons or data add-ons.

Fizz plan come with unlimited minutes.
Take only the minimum plan montly will cost you 9..46$ +tx (Quebec coverage) and add only a block of 300 minutes: 10.00$.
You are better to choose a plan with minimum of data and take unlimited minutes: 20.46 + tx monthly,
Or a plan with no data and only unlimited minutes (Quebec coverage) : 16.46$ +tx monthly.
It's my advice. Think of it.
