I didn't receive the test Ermergency Alert from CRTC?

There was a schedule test at 1:55PM EST today in Canada and I did not receive it but other people at work did receive it. Am I the only one?

I didn't receive it either. My husband did, but he's not with Fizz.

I just checked my phone, and it's currently on 3G even though it's sitting right beside my window. If it was on 3G when the test went through, that would explain why I didn't receive anything. But also wtf, I'm in the middle of the city, I shouldn't have trouble getting LTE beside my window.
