Your billing address is the adress requested when you add a new payment method. The address you associate with your credit card must be the same as you gave to your bank to be accepted.
Your shipping address is the address where you would like to receive deliveries. If you are away from home during the day, you may prefer to have your SIM or other hardware delivered to your workplace. The shipping adress should be in the subscription area.
Therefore, you can ship to an other address, the address must be on the subscription zone

You're looking to add a SIM card to your account?
You can buy multiple SIM cards for yourself or your family in order to add new plans to your account.
- Go to your Overview in My Account
- Click on Add a Plan.
- Order a new SIM.
- Add your shipping address. This is the address where we will ship your SIM card. It may or may not be the same as your home address. Note that if you order additional SIM cards — for example, for a child or colleague — SIM cards will be delivered to your attention at the shipping address associated with your account.
- Choose your shipping method.
- Select a payment method and click Submit order to pay for your SIM card.
- When you receive your SIM card, add a new plan to your account.
If it doesn't work, contact customer Service, i'm sure they will find a solution for you to buy more than one sim cards at the same address.
