You can log into your Fizz account any time to see your past and future technician appointments. Service calls (for repairs), however, do not appear in your account.
To view your Fizz technician appointments:
- Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
- Click on Appointments.
- Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
- You will also be able to reschedule and cancel future appointments.

The technician will delivery the modem once you have booked an appointment and he arrives to set it up7

First, order an internet's plan.
Go online in your account, Choose a plan
and after, Manage your plan
Appointement, choose on of the date Fizz offers to you for the installation.
The technician will bring you the modem and will verify your internet signal correctly.5 -
They will send you a email and notification the day before the appointment you booked.5

You have to make an appointment in your account. Login, go to your plans internet and appointment. Choose a date and time.
