When you do the phone number transfer, that’s when your old account will end. So if you start the SIM activation and transfer on Sunday your old account will end Sunday and your new account with Fizz will start.8

You have to do the activation and phone number transfer on the day you want it to start. It will end your service with Lucky Mobile and start within a few minutes to hours. Doing it the day before your service ends is the best.

I will suggest to do 1 day before your last with Lucky Mobile your sim card from FIZZ.
Did you order your sim card from Fizz?
It takes 2 or 3 days to reveive it by mail.
Activate your sim card, choose a plan from Fizz, the transfert of your telephone number will be done. Keep in mind your account's number from Lucky. Fizz need this information for your phone number's transfert.
When you activate your card, if you want benefit of a rebate of 25$, i, will give you my referred code: YJRSP. It must be applied when you activate your sim card.
You and I will get the same rebate after your second payment of your plan.

I would order the Fizz Sim card right away, so like MichelP said, on you last day with Lucky, i would transfer with Fizz.
**please note that your Lucky plan has to be open and valid in order to transfer the number with Fizz.

As others mentioned, it is best to do it 24 hours before. This way you don't risk going without service and at most you will have an overlap of one day.
