Here the instructions
To buy a Travel Add-On:
- Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
- Scroll to the plan you wish to change.
- Click on Manage and choose Travel.
- Enter the name of the main country you will be visiting. (If you’re going to more than one country, tell us where you will be spending the most time).
- On the next screen, select Travel Add-On.
- You will see different options for your travel zone. Choose the option that suits you, based on the amount of data, minutes and text you will need.
- Click Confirm and pay for your Travel Add-On. It will be activated immediately.

I did all of that imt going to mexico so i press sreach and nothing..the site freezes7

In your account,
choose : my plan, manage, travel (enter name of the country, you will visit)
on the nex screen, select: travel add-on
choose what you need: date, minutes or text
click: confirm and pay your add-on

if it does not work with your phone or an other browser, contact the support
And the research is automaticaly and the filter narrow down the choise during the typing therfore type anc click on the list

Once you type in "mexico", you should see the available matching countries in green. You can click on the country you want to select it.
