I am blocked out of my account, had to make a new account. Also being charged for multiple lines. Wh

I can't log into my account at all. I even reset my password and it still does not work. The only way to get support/help is to log in so I had to create this new account. Ive also been charged multiple times on my credit card for phone lines I never activated. I receive the emails telling me this but I can't log in to see whats happening. I don't know what to do.


  • Communicate with them by messenger...they have solved my issue quickly.
