Try one by one those 3 solutions who solve a lot of problem

* Restart your phone
* Try enabling air plane mode for 30 seconds then disable
* Take out your SIM and insert it again5 -
I think the problem is your phone.
Restart it, try to put airplane mode 15, 20 seconds If the problem is still there, open a session on line in your fizz's account and chat with them (from 8h00 to 21h00) :

If all else works (phone calls), then follow recommendations to restart your phone and/or disable/enable airplane mode as others have mentioned.4
