Voicemail number 5146470999 doesn’t work?

I try calling my voicemail by speed dial 1 or by calling 5146470999 or by calling my own number and it gets disconnected right away, but what I put my sim into another phone it works perfectly fine

    Are you able to make any other calls at all?

    I think the problem is your phone.
    Restart it, try to put airplane mode 15, 20 seconds If the problem is still there, open a session on line in your fizz's account and chat with them (from 8h00 to 21h00) :

    If all else works (phone calls), then follow recommendations to restart your phone and/or disable/enable airplane mode as others have mentioned.
