When does the explorer badge get applied ?

When a review the criteria for the explorer badge, it says you earn this when purchasing a travel add-on.
I purchased a travel add-on a couple of weeks back, and this badge has not been activated.
When should I expect it to be activated ?

You need to contact the support, sometime the badge assignation does not work
