Choose an access code to access your voicemail (PIN).

(Under: My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail)

Since you can not retrieve it, you've made the right decision to reset it.

As the first poster pointed out, logon to your Fizz account and choose a new voicemail pin from there.
