Why do my upgrades show as having 80 days left?
I contacted Fizz about this, and they said that after 90 days, they re-instate the reward. This is done for two years. Is this what others are sseeing as well? Seems like an awkward way of handling the rewards. I wonder what the reason is? Maybe the 2 year reward was never a plan from the outset, and software was written accordingly. Hopefully there is a team writing an update to the account and billiing software .... I think time is due.

Oh I see you're talking about 2 separate areas of your account.
The upgrades in your available rewards are good for 2 years based on the date that you received them.
During your renewal, the upgrades that you have in your slot(s) are applied to your account.
So if you opted for data upgrades, these are added to your plan and have an expiry date of 90 days.
The upgrade data (same as your plan data) will rollover for 2 more cycles. Hence this is where you get your 90 days.

Yes, this is normal. The upgrade data starts out with 90 days to expiry, but you get a new allotment of upgrade data each month, so you can accumulate up to 3 months worth of upgrade data at a time. You can see in my account that I switched around my upgrades for this month, but I still have some of the previous 300mb and 500mb upgrade data leftover from previous months. Upgrade data rolls over just like your monthly data allotment!

Upgrades are valid for 24 months.
They show up with an expiry date, which makes no sense st all, but will be renewed automatically until you reach the 24 months.12 -
@ Mike, yes you're right because now upgrades can rollover.
I was thinking about the days where upgrades could not rollover.11 -
Yes that is correct, the upgrade is good for 2 years from the date you received it. When you activate it on a free slot than you will receive this upgrade every cycle for the remaining of the 2 years. The monthly upgrade data received will rollover if not used but will expire after 90 days if not used.8
