My understanding is that you can only port your number over to Fizz when you're activating your sim card.
Your best chance would be to buy another sim card and port your number during activation.
It would nice if you could re-activate your current sim card, I guess it's not possible.9 -

You can port your number when you are activating a new plan.
Currently it's not possible to port your number to an active Fizz plan. I read that Fizz may change this in the future, but for now it's not possible.
Did you just register this week? You're supposed to have 15 days to try out the service.
You can contact Fizz support and let them know the situation. They can let you know your options.
Hopefully you can cancel the current account and create a new one with your ported number, without incurring extra fees. Like others said, Fizz SIM card is reusable.
