Use $1 rebate, 500MB data and free voicemail (if it has been fixed. otherwise you have to contact Fizz each month to get your discount).
Get to level 7, you will receive a 2nd $1 discount upgrade.
Eventually at level 9, you'll have 3rd $1 discount.

With level 5, this is what is available to you including rewards from previous levels:
$1, voicemail, and lots of data. You can assign 2 slots to data and then gift it to get more points. Some of the data is useless since you won't be able to use it as you are limited by the slots.8 -
@VincentMG: Regarding your second question, it seems that there may be a problem with the voicemail discount "sticking", and you have to contact Fizz every month to re-apply the discount.6
