First of all, if you minimized plan recent, you have to wait to see until the new payment circle (let's say your payment date is 15th, and you changed your plan on Nov 1st, you have to wait until 15th).
Second, for $23.40 per month, you should be on stabilization price (I have one plan of $23.40 as well, incl: 1G, VM, Canada, SMS, Call). Since you changed the plan, you will lost the stabilization price, which means when you reactive it, you will be on regular price ($32) for the same features. Do the math. If you want to stay with Fizz more than 10 months, you will loss more money.7 -
