How can I activate two my upgrades?
Currently I’m using one and the other are locked.
What’s the solution?

Another upgrade slot will be unlocked when you reach level 4 (4500 points). At that point, you'll be able to apply a second upgrade which will come into effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Fling

This is Mike chart about level, points, mobile bonus, internet bonus and when slot coming available. When you reach level 3 (4500 points) you get a second slot and at level 5 (15000) a third slot.

Kovid

The upgrades are useless if you don't have opened slots to use them.
