I haven't seen any awards displayed there.

I believe it has to do with how active you are on the Fizz community hub. I know there are things like leadership of the month or week. This is if you have participated a great deal throughout the week or month. I believe these are what are called awards.7

I guess Fizz is busy on fixing it's billing and support problems, which never works well from beginning. Fizz may redevelop their award system and offer more incentive to active community members. For now, they need fix billing, fix technical problem, fix payment issue and may reorganize support team ....0
